Jason Cheng has been a delight to work with and we are thrilled with our newly launched Hodford's designed web site! The level of service and support available at all hours of the day from Hodford's has been extraordinary. Throughout the collaboration and improvement of our website, Jason has contributed his vast professional experience and creativity at every stage. Hodford's has gone far beyond the call of duty in providing advice and assistance whenever it has been required.
Hodford's has recently reworked our web site so that is it more visually appealing, easily navigable and enables us to easily update the content ourselves. The feedback from clients has been very positive and sales leads are beginning to be generated as a result of this dynamic web site. Hodford's also manages our client information channels through the Sendsmith program. This system has been excellent at distributing our invitations and promotions efficiently to a large audience. Sendsmith tracks the results from this information dissemination and is extremely user friendly.
Jason's attention to detail, professionalism and affable demeanour have made the potentially arduous task of refining our website very pleasant.
